How to Enroll

TO ENROLL:

1. Contact us for a pre-registration form and schedule cards, either by phone or fax. You may also use our website contact page to request a form, or you may download one here.  

2. Fill out the form and return to the studio with class(s) and times selected and appropriate registration fees included.

3. Mark the registration dates for the studio of your choice on your calendar.

4. (GSO studios)Come to the studio during registration in August to complete the registration process and confirm class times. (Yadkinville studio registration will be the first Monday and Tuesday in August)  In addition to meeting your instructor, you will receive at registration a booklet with all necessary information and schedules for the year.

REGISTRATION WEEKs:

The registration for all classes (including karate) that begin in September will be held at the Lake Jeanette Studio August 2-4 from 3pm to 7pm daily, and 10am to 2pm on Saturday. Registration at the Horse Pen Creek Rd. Studio will be held August 6th through August 14th, 2007, from 3pm to 7pm daily except 10am to 2pm on Saturday, August 11th. All pre-registered students must come to one of the studios during registration week to complete necessary paperwork, and confirm class times. Please mark your calendars. Class spaces for pre-registered students are guaranteed only through the last day (August 14th) of registration. On August 15th, the registration fee goes to $40.00 and the class spaces that are not confirmed by completed paperwork will be given to the people on the waiting lists. We had waiting lists for many of our classes this past year. So if you are pre-registered and fail to complete your paperwork during registration week, you could lose your spot in your preferred class and you will have to pay the difference between the pre-registration fee and the $40.00 late registration fee. That is assuming, of course, that there is a space available in any other class for your child.

PLEASE NOTE! Due to request for classes and demand, completed pre-registration forms with be treated on a first come-first served basis, (as received at the studio) this year.

As a service to students and parents, shoes, leotards, tights, and other dancewear will again be available during registration week at all studios. A package with ballet shoes, tap shoes, leotard, and tights will be available at substantial savings. This special package is only available during registration weeks, and is an excellent way to get younger students outfitted for class.

PAYMENT PLANS:

There are 3 different payment plans from which you may choose:

  • Plan A, the preferred method of payment, is an automatic bank draft from your bank account monthly, (by our bank) on the 1st of each month, beginning in September running through May.
  • Plan B is full payment of the 9 months at registration week by either check, cash, or credit card.
  • Plan C is two payments for the school year, one due at registration (2/3), and the second (1/3) due by March 1 

To keep costs down, we cannot and do not accept any payment on a monthly basis except by the Plan A bank draft method. Missed classes are not deductible from tuition payments because make up classes are available.

Registration fees are due at the time of enrollment, are non-refundable and non-transferable, and may be paid with cash, check or credit card.

Due to class size being limited, there is a 1-month penalty plus the current month tuition for any student dropping before the end of the dance year in May. A minimum financial commitment of 3 months is required upon enrollment.
